Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the BeepBack service, operated by Sena Engineering LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the service — as a participating business or by exchanging text messages with it — you agree to these Terms.

The service

BeepBack provides automated SMS text-back and qualification messages on behalf of participating local service businesses. When a call to a participating business goes unanswered, the service texts the caller back from that business's number and asks a short series of follow-up questions so the business can respond and schedule the work.

Messaging program terms

By calling a participating business and/or replying to a text from our service, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your service request.

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP to cancel at any time. Text HELP for help, or contact [email protected].

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and back in

Replying STOP permanently stops all messages to your number from that business's line. If you change your mind, reply START to opt back in. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and kept on record.

Business customers' responsibilities

If you are a business using BeepBack, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for ensuring you have any consent required to message your contacts, and for using the service in compliance with all applicable laws and carrier requirements, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines.

Acceptable use and accuracy

You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited messages. Information provided through the service is used to route and respond to service requests; we do not guarantee any business's availability, response time, or performance of work.

Fees

Fees for business customers are described at sign-up and are subject to change with notice. The text-message conversation is free to callers, aside from their carrier's standard message and data rates.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every message will be delivered.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sena Engineering LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
