How you start receiving messages

You will only ever receive a text from BeepBack because you called a participating business and the call went unanswered. When that happens, the system sends one automated text message from that business’s number so you can get help by text instead of waiting.

The conversation continues only if you reply. Every follow-up message is sent in direct response to your own reply. We never send marketing or promotional messages, we never text numbers from purchased lists, and there is no web form or keyword sign-up — calling the business is the only way a conversation can start.

By calling a participating business, you consent to receive an automated text-back about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

What the messages look like

The first message you receive is:

Hi, this is BeepBack - sorry we missed your call! I’ll grab a few quick details so our team can help fast. What do you need help with? Reply STOP to opt out.

If you reply, the automated assistant asks, in order:

Got it! How soon do you need help? Reply 1 = emergency/today, 2 = this week, 3 = just a quote.

All messages are pre-written templates. If you stop replying, at most one reminder is sent, and messages are only sent between 8am and 9pm your local time.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation — typically 4–7 messages total. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to permanently stop all messages from that business’s number. You’ll receive one final confirmation:

You have been unsubscribed from BeepBack and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT. Reply START to opt back in.
